Ed, try the Latitude64 Sapphire off the tee. It's a bit more stable (gut still relatively understable), has lots of glide, and can still finish to the left. Also, it is a lightweight disc (sub 170 grams) making it easier to throw. Good luck next time at BirdieLand!
Thanks for the suggestion, David! I played in a Trilogy Challenge a few years ago, and a Sapphire was one of the three discs we used. I wasn't very good at throwing it back then, but my form has gotten a bit better, so maybe I should give it another try. I do have a Dynamic Discs Breakout, which is a bit slower, but has similar turn and fade numbers (and it's light). That works very well for me, and I probably should have thrown it off the tee instead of the Paradox. Ah well -- live and learn!
